Call if water is leaking or spraying, if sewage is coming up anywhere, if you have no water or no hot water, or if you are not sure and want an answer now. The advice on the phone is free whether or not you hire us.

Use the form for estimates on water heaters, sump pumps, backwater valves and softeners, the Markham rebate, landlord and property manager enquiries, and anything where a written reply is more useful than a call.

What to have ready

• Your address and the best way into the house or unit.
• What you see, and roughly when it started.
• For water heaters: the brand, size and age on the label, and whether it is gas or electric. A photo of the label helps.
• For the rebate: whether your downspouts are disconnected and whether the basement has flooded before.
• Your insurance company, if you think you will claim. Not required to get us moving.

We are in the plaza at 7595 Markham Rd, on Markham Road near Kirkham Drive, between Steeles and 14th Avenue. CONFIRM: one line on finding the unit, e.g. 'Unit 21 is at the north end of the plaza, sign above the door.'
